BERGAMOT (citrus bergamia)

Bergamot has a very clear, fruity odor that is slightly spicy. It is harvested from the rind of unripe fruit that is native to Bergamo, Italy. It is widely used in Perfumes and Eau de Colognes and as a flavoring agent in Earl Grey tea. It is well known for balancing and uplifting emotions, and for depression, stress and anxiety. In skincare it is used for infections, eczema, psoriasis, cold sores and oily skin.
