LAVENDER  (lavandula angustifolia) is the best known of all the essential oils and the biggest selling oil of all. This stellar oil comes wild harvested from the Kashmir region in India, also known for its harvesting of wool for cashmere, so it is in very good company! Lavender is a middle note, a beautiful soft flowering herb that always lends a beautiful softness to any fragrance. Most people think of Lavender as relaxing, however, the biggest benefit to lavender is the ability to balance. If you are too elevated or down too low...it brings you to that point of homeostasis.  It seems no medicine kit is complete without a bottle of lavender. It is called the “Swiss Army Knife” of essential oils. This is due to the number of conditions that lavender can assist with, along with being an oil that is safe to use on children, adults and the elderly alike.
